UPDATE

I HAD A FEW CLOSE CALLS BUT NONE OF THEM MATERIALIZED. SITTING ANXIOUSLY PRAYING SOMETHING COMES UP QUICK.  LITTLE BOY HAS TO GO TO SCHOOL PRETTY SOON.
SO SORRY FOLKS...THE CENTRALIZED LOCATION THAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT IS NOT HAPPENING..THATS THE KITCHEN PLAN THAT I POSTED BY THE WAY.  I THINK SOMETIMES I'M JUST NOT REALISTIC N AS THE ADVISE GIVEN...I NEED TO B MORE GROUNDED.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY

THIS MUST BE ONE LUCKY GUY TO HAVE A GIRLFRIEND AS THOUGHTFUL AS HER.  TOMORROW WILL BE THE FIRST TIME FOR ME THAT I'M COOKING JUST SPECIALLY FOR TWO PEOPLE.  I'VE BROUGHT OUT ALL THE TRICKS N ROSES FOR THIS SPECIAL OCCASION. I'VE SHOPPED FOR ALL THE INGREDIENTS THAT SPELL LOVE ON IT. LET'S HOPE I DO A GOOD JOB TONIGHT. REALLY EXCITED ABOUT IT; THE COUPLE, THE FOOD N THE NEW AD HOC VENUE.

ALMOST THERE BUT NOT QUITE YET

HEY FOLKS....JUST TO KEEP YOU GUYS INFORMED....I'VE FOUND THE PERFECT PLACE TO COOK DINNERS.  BUT RATHER THAN HAVING IT IN AN OPEN DOORS RESTAURANT TYPE SETTING. THIS NEW PLACE WILL BE ONE THAT'S ON THE QUIET...ABIT ON THE SSSHHH SSSHHH SIDE OF THINGS.  I NEED A COUPLE OF DAYS TO BRING THE SETTING OF THIS PLACE TOGETHER N I'LL KEEP YOU POSTED ON THE STARTING DATE.
IT WILL BE FOR SMALL GROUPS ONLY. THERE R TWO BIG TABLES N IT WILL BE ON THE COMMUNAL ONE. ONE TABLE SITS MAX 6 N THE OTHER MAX 8 - 10.
DOING DINNERS ONLY... MAXIMUM OF NO MORE THAN 15 PERSONS. MENU SURPRIZE DEPENDING ON THE DAYS OFFERINGS AT THE MARKET. NUMBER OF COURSES IS NOT FIXED BUT GUARANTEED A MINIMUM OF 4 DISHES.  ONE MENU NO CHOICE. DIETARY RESTRICTIONS CAN BE DISCUSSED WHEN CALLING FOR RESERVATION. VEGETARIANS ARE MOST WELCOME.
THIS IS QUITE A PERSONAL SPACE TO ME N VERY QUIET N INTIMATE WITH ALOT OF SOFT LIGHTING.  IT IS NOT A HOME SPACE SO NOT TO WORRY THERE AREN'T BABIES CRAWLING AROUND ON THE FLOOR AS YOU'RE EATING.
BE PREPARED TO EAT AT A LEISURELY PACE BUT IT WONT TAKE YOU FOUR HOURS TO COMPLETE YOUR MEAL I GUARANTEE.
I HAD THIS IDEA A LONG TIME BACK WHEN I CHANCED UPON CHEF NUNO MENDES WHO COOKED FOR SMALL GROUPS IN HIS HOME CALLING IT THE LOFT PROJECT. HE HAS SINCE MOVED ON N OPENED UP VIAJANTE.
SO THIS IS THE PLAN FOR THE MEANTIME WHILE I'M STILL IN TALKS WITH SOME PEOPLE WITH A CERTAIN MORE MAINSTREAM PROJECT.
